Nur Rizky Alfiany Suaib, S.S., M.Hum

Nur Rizky Alfiany Suaib (or affectionately nicknamed as "Ory") was born in Kolaka, a westernmost regency in Southeast Sulawesi on September 30th 1986, the eldest daughter of Prof. Dr. Ir. Suaib T. Mondelahi, M.Sc.Agric and the late Dra. Marwiah Ma'mir.  Although born in Kolaka, she spent the remainder of her childhood and youth in the capital Kendari, attending public schools at SD INPRES UNHALU Kendari (graduated in 1998), SLTP Neg. I Kendari (graduated in 2001), and SMAN 4 Kendari (graduated in 2004).  Soon after finishing high school, she moved to Makassar to pursue a bachelor degree at Universitas Muslim Indonesia, majoring in English Language and Literature and graduated in 2008.  She decided that being a lecturer would be her next career, so in the following year, she enrolled in a master's degree program of Linguistics at Universitas Hasanuddin and graduated in 2013.  Between 2008 - 2012 she worked as an English Tutor at one of major English Courses in Makassar.  In 2013, she went back to Kendari for good and embark on a career as a junior lecturer at ELT Dept. Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari to this day.  Aside of teaching obligatory at UM Kendari, she is also a freelance translator.
